The giraffe's were definately the highlight of the zoo, we all loved them! The monkey in the bottom left was fun to watch for a bit, he just sat and stared at us... until he started digging in bodily crevices no one should dig into and proceeding to eat whatever he picked out! I had to walk away at that point!
Anyway... back tomorow with more to post I'm sure! Hope your weekend was good!

Okay, do they train those blasted monkeys to do that?????? I have never been to a zoo that the monkey/gorilla/ape/baboon/any type in that species has not picked his butt and eaten it!!!!! It is so great to explain to the giggling kids. When we were at a Chicago zoo, a giraffe was peeing into another giraffe's mouth- Cobe really likes to retell that story over and over. Animals in cages are gross! They must get bored and they make you wonder if they really know what they are doing- they are protesting!!!!!! Glad you had fun though! (that last comment was from Lisa)
I have never been to that zoo - do you think it is better than John Ball or about the same. i ditto Sarah - we were there when the giraffe drank the other giraffe's pee - it was disgusting!!! Glad you had fun and got some cute pics! Have a great day!
Tottaly agree with Sarah---Every time we go see the gorillas they are picking their butt or something. LOL I do have to say, I have never seen a giraffe doing anything. :) You got some great pics while you where there though. So glad everyone had fun!!!
