So J doesn't actually own these? A girl at church just got that same camera. You know me, I didn't know the hype about it. I assume it is much better than yours? Could you honestly tell the difference in the quality of pictures?
LOL, you are too funny! No, it's not all that different when it comes down to it. Now the 5D or any of the "Mark" cameras--those are amazing!!!! Someday when I have some pocket change (at least $5,000) I'm gonna get me one of those .LOL--probably not in this lifetime. ;)
As the owner of the above mentioned camera, it is'nt always the quality of the shot that is better. It is the ability to get the shot you are looking for. 6 fps w/ a 75 frame buffer and ultra fast focusing system for those hard to catch moments like a baseball hitting a bat for example. Personally I have taken excellent pictures with my 1st version rebel but have missed many shots due to the slow startup, shutter lag and slow frame rate. Overall I am happy so far with the performance.
