For anyone that has ever been in labor... and I mean real labor, not just had a baby via c-section, I give you credit! I'm experiencing a lot of Braxton Hicks contractions lately and I have to say that they are making me miserable, I can't imagine the real thing. I don't want to imagine the real things. (I know from experience that the intense pain from a c-section comes AFTER the baby is born instead of before, and honestly b/c I will never experience a full labor I can't tell which is worse, but if these are just "practice" contractions I can't imagine the real thing).
With any luck and with lot's of prayers I will be holding my baby girl in just 16 days. 16 DAYS. Did you see that? Of coures it could be as long as 30 days, which would make me very sad and probably very tearful... but I'm not going to think about that.
Spring break has started and it's supposed to snow. Lovely combo, but what do you do? We have no real plans for this week, I kind of feel bad about it being such a boring week for the kids, but again, what do you do? We actually took them to see Monsters vs Aliens this afternoon. A big change up to our normal boring sunday afternoons. We weren't sure how E would do, last time we took him to a movie it was a terrible experience, Matt and I took turns with him in the lobby, this time he did relatively well though, he was a bit scared at some parts, but all in all liked it! I thought it was pretty good, definately a kids movie, but that's what we went for. I think it would have been fun in 3D.
And a picture from Thursday afternoon when it was nice out...

Love the pigtails.
And in response to the labor: yeah, it sucks. I also loved my epidurals and nearly kissed my anesthesiologists.
